I'm rooted and running TWRP, so i flashed stock recovery and flashed the full zip, flashed TWRP again and fished root. then i did a cache wipe from recovery and everything is great.
one important note: i did a full wipe (everything) coming from 3.2.8 to 4.0 and again coming to 4.0.1 and 4.0.2. this time, i just wiped cache.
